У статті досліджується потенціал розвитку промислового сектора економіки України в контексті повоєнного відновлення, опираючись на концептуальну модель стратегічної тріади: індустріальна реконструкція, технологічна модернізація та інституційна трансформація. Обґрунтовується необхідність комплексного підходу до оновлення індустріальної бази з урахуванням як внутрішніх ресурсів, так і глобальних трендів цифровізації, зеленої трансформації, інноваційності. Запропонована концепція підкреслює необхідність стратегічної узгодженості політик державної підтримки, науково-технологічної бази та ринкових механізмів як єдиної архітектоніки промислового прориву.
